As lead writer for this campaign, I crafted the voice of the Chase Octagon, a friendly, clear, and welcoming tone that gave JP Morgan Chase a relatable presence in the UK.

Already a financial powerhouse in the US, Chase wanted their UK launch to feel bold, human, and genuinely rewarding. Bearded Kitten designed an immersive “reward banking” experience that delivered on that promise, and I shaped the words that made it speak.

The Experience

Over six weeks, the campaign hit 5 UK cities with two massive touring installations. Inside the Octagon, visitors received a personalised, mood-boosting experience and a real reward.

Everyone walked away with a gift card to spend on the British high street, funnelling £75,000 directly back into local economies while connecting Chase with new audiences in a meaningful way.
