Cruise Industry’s First
Immersive Spy Adventure for Kids
Operation Ghost Raven
Creative Director / Narrative Designer
Operation Ghost Raven is the first immersive children’s adventure developed specifically for an international cruise liner, blending live-action storytelling with augmented reality to deliver a ship-wide spy experience for young audiences.
Commissioned by The Department for MSC Cruises, I built an interactive spy world designed specifically for young travellers. The mission: uncover “The Raven,” a double agent hiding in plain sight aboard the ship.

That Moves With Your Audience?
If you’re building an immersive story that lives across physical space, digital tools, and real-time play, your next mission starts here.
Inside the Mission
Across a series of narrative-driven missions, young participants cracked codes, solved puzzles, and explored the ship as part of an elite undercover task force. With AR clues hidden in physical locations and character interactions woven into the voyage, the experience unfolded like a live thriller, built entirely around the ship’s environment.
Designed to last over multiple days, Operation Ghost Raven used technology, story, and teamwork to deliver a seamless adventure layered into the guest experience.
