Bet Big or Lose It All
Split the Difference divides the room into two competing sides for 45 minutes of escalating gameshow chaos. Both teams start with 100 points. Before each of the five rounds, teams decide how many points to risk. Win, and your bet is added to your score. Lose, and those points are gone.
The betting system is the real engine. Leaders feel the weight of what they could lose, while trailing teams always see a path to a comeback. It keeps everyone louder and more invested than a standard scorecard ever could.
Across five distinct rounds, crowd reps take the stage while the room coaches from their seats, or the entire audience jumps into physical challenges together. It all leads to the final round, Double or Disaster: one last challenge, one last bet, and everything on the line.
